The International Tourism Fair of Havana
To be held from May 4th to May 8th, 2009 in the Morro Cabana Park
Will showcase Cuba's patrimonial cities (La Habana, Remedios, Cienfuegos,
Trinidad, Camaguey, Bayamo, Santiago de Cuba and Baracoa) and their special
tours and options. It will also be a space to promote the magic of Hoteles E,
the hotels with true patrimonial values located in Cuba's main historic sites.

From March 9th to March 14th, Hotel Colony, Isle of Youth
Divers can experience a real paradise at Hotel Colony on the Isle of Youth.
It boasts a natural pool surrounded by a coral reef with no waves or currents
and great conditions of visibility down to 35/40 meters. The temperature of
the water reaching to 300 C allows diving without a suit for an even more
pleasant experience.
Ernest Heminllway International Marlin Fishinll Tournament
To be held from June 1th to June 6th at the Marina Hemingway.
Since 1950 this tournament has been organized by the Havana International
Nautical Club. Participants will have the opportunity to "bring the message
of Cuba's maritime traditions and first-class fishing opportunities back with
them to their countries, colleagues and friends."
Turnat 2009
To be held from September 14th to September 18th at the Zapata Peninsula.
A Biosphere Reserve covering 6,479 square kilometres. This is the largest and
best preserved wetland in Cuba and the insular Caribbean. The land is flat with
the important Hatiguanico and Hanabana Rivers supplying water to the Laguna
del Tesoro (Treasure Lake) one of the largest in the country. More than a thousand
species of plants, five endemic locally and 130 native to Cuba have been located
in this area.
