Ingredients: - 400 grams of clean lobster meat cut in chunks - Several bacon slices - Butter - Salt and pepper - Cheese sauce [or sauce of your choice]. Preparation: Wrap lobster chunks with bacon slices and grill in butter until the bacon is brown and the lobster is a uniform colour. Remove from flame and slice into rings. Add salt and pepper and warm again on grill. Serve on a plate with cheese sauce and garnish of vegetables to taste. This dish can be savoured at the El Chelo Restaurant in Club Habana.
