Cuban Shrimp Cocktail
Ingredients
8 Shrimp
Salt - a little pinch
1 Lemon
Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoon Ketchup
2 tablespoons aged Rum Havana Club
Clean shrimp and cook for 10 minutes in water, salt and lemon juice squeezed from 1 lemon. To prepare the sauce mix the mayonnaise, ketchup and rum together. Serve in a cold cup.
Shrimps Orly a la Rockcliffe
Ingredients
Jumbo Shrimps (Caribbean Queen )
Salt
Pepper
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
Sauce
1 cup Flour
1 Egg
1 Bottle of Beer
Salt
Pepper
½ cup Olive Oil
Add flour, beer, egg, seasoning with salt and pepper to a bowl and beat. Peel and clean the shrimp. Add maple syrup, salt and pepper to peeled and clean shrimp. Dip the shrimp in the batter and fry in Olive Oil.
Viva Cuba Drink
Ingredients
Mint, Pineapple and Banana Liquor Havana Club
Sugar
1 Lemon
Rum Havana Club Silver Dry
Frapped Ice
In a cup, add 2ml of Mint Havana Club Liquor. Add slowly 2ml Pineapple Havana Club Liquor and later Banana Havana Club Liquor.
In a different cup shake sugar, squeezed lemon juice and Havana Club Silver Dry rum. Add this mixture to the first cup with the liquor, decorate it freely.
