There is a corner in Havana today known as much for its fame in Cuban music as for cuisine.
A Prado y Neptuno is an Italian restaurant that opened its doors 10 years ago on the corner where the Cuban cha-cha-cha rhythm and dance were born. It is operated by Habaguanex S.A., in charge of tourism for the entire Old Havana district, under the guidance of the City Historian's Office.
