Tapas Bar at Havana's NH

As always on the mark with the latest trends in world cuisine, the NH Parque Central Hotel in Havana has begun a tapas service at its lobby bar. The Spanish-style snacks prepared by Executive Chef Jordi Weisel are served with his trademark style, elegance in presentation and, above all, great taste.
This initiative in versatile cuisine is based on a collection of the Madrid snack recipes compiled by the Spanish NH hotel chain and now venturing into the Cuban capital, which is always welcoming to distinctive modern service.
Long a favourite in Spain, the tapas bar in Havana was recently presented to the press by Spanish drinks distributor Freixenet at the hotel already famous for its cuisine, and which boasts 3 Michelin Star collaborating chef Ferrán Adriá Acosta.
Located across from Havana's Central Park (hence the name of the hotel), the modern NH Parque Central with 278 rooms will celebrate its 10th anniversary this year by an expansion to 150 more rooms, another restaurant and a conference hall capable of hosting 600.
